Cut Your Mask straps

Mask are currently meant to protect us and other. Mask help us protect ourseleves and others from getting COVID-19. They are very helpful to us wouldn' you say? But that's where you could be wrong.

Yes mask are helpful for us humans but they can be very harmful for animals. Like any other type of trash or pollution masks can harm any animal if not properly disposed of. Many people get rid of their mask by throwing it in the trash or unfortunately thowing it on the ground which causes birds to get caught in them. Its most common with birds getting caught in the mask since they are one of the animals always flying around and picking stuff up from the floor

It is recommended that once you finish using your mask you properly throw it away. You may be wondering how so I will explain it for you.

It is 3 easy steps

1. After you use your mask you take it off
2. You grab the straps and cut the straps you dont need to cut them completely off but you could
3. After you do that you throw it away in the trash its super easy

After listening to these simple steps there should be no excuse to why you don't cut the straps. You could be saving an animal from hurting themselves on the straps

So please listen and cut the straps off of your masks to help save animals.
